New Product Development Manager
What you"ll do
- Own NPD from concept to launch: ideation, formulation/spec sourcing, vendor/manufacturer coordination, costing, sampling, stage-gate approvals, regulatory/compliance, packaging & artwork sign-off, and final launch
- Drive Novel's activeSKU NPD pipeline through your existing 20-gate stage process
- Coordinate with contract manufacturers on formulation, costing sheets, and BOM
- Work with design/marketing for packaging, MRP, barcode and launch readiness
- Set and track launch timelines against the NPD tracker
What we need
- 4–8 years in NPD/product management, FMCG or personal care/baby care preferred
- Experience taking a product from concept to shelf — not just project coordination
- Comfortable with costing sheets, vendor negotiation, and compliance/regulatory basics (BIS, labeling, etc.)
- Strong with cross-functional coordination (procurement, QC, marketing, manufacturing)
- Location: Full-time, in-office at Mysuru HO.
