Company Description SNNEH Foundation is a grassroots organization dedicated to building equitable communities through sustainability, compassion, and respect for the dignity of every individual. The foundation focuses on mental well-being, education, financial empowerment, and inclusive healthcare, particularly for disadvantaged communities, to help individuals lead independent and confident lives. SNNEH follows a people-centered, participatory approach, ensuring communities are active contributors rather than passive beneficiaries. Its programs include mental health and psychosocial support, economic empowerment for women and artisans, inclusive education and child development, intergenerational knowledge exchange, and animal and community care initiatives. Prospective volunteers can join a mission-driven organization committed to care, empowerment, and transformative social change.

The volunteer will support personnel management activities such as coordinating communication, gathering feedback, and contributing to initiatives that promote well-being, equity, and engagement. Responsibilities may also include helping manage basic employee benefits information, supporting training and development efforts, and collaborating with program leads to ensure HR processes are consistent and compliant. The role involves regular virtual meetings, documentation, and coordination with diverse team members and community stakeholders.
