Compensation
- Support execution of salary revisions, promotions, role changes, new hire compensation, and retention bonus processes.
- Ensure accurate CTC structuring, validation of pay components, and compliance with defined compensation guidelines.
- Participation in external salary surveys (Mercer, AON, etc.) by compiling and validating data.
- Responsible for documentation and maintenance of compensation guidelines, SOPs, and process notes.
Data Management & Reporting
- Update and maintain compensation data in HR systems and Excel trackers.
- Prepare standard trackers and reports to support compensation activities.
- Develop regular and ad-hoc compensation dashboards and reports for HR and leadership review.
- Perform data validation and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
Payroll & Stakeholder Coordination
- Provide compensation inputs and coordinate with payroll and HR operations teams for timely and accurate processing.
- Handle basic compensation-related queries, resolve routine issues, and escalate exceptions as required.
