Shyft is a clean sports nutrition brand making better nutrition a natural part of an active lifestyle. We’re looking for someone enthusiastic about fitness and sports, and who understands the communities, creators, athletes, and experiences that shape this space. In this role, you will lead a small team and drive Shyft’s influencer, athlete, sampling, and on-ground marketing initiatives. Building meaningful partnerships and creating high-quality brand experiences that help Shyft connect with the right audiences. Please note, this is a part time role based in Delhi.

Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 2–3 people responsible for executing Shyft’s influencer, athlete, sampling, and on-ground marketing initiatives + any other new similar initiatives
- Influencer Management: Identify the right influencers and creators based on specific campaign objectives and target audiences. Oversee outreach, relationship management, negotiations, deliverables, and campaign execution to ensure strong and relevant brand integrations.
- Athlete Management: Identify and onboard relevant athletes for Shyft’s athlete program. Work with the team to build ongoing relationships with athletes and support them across content creation, product support, brand engagement, and community-building initiatives.
- On-Ground Events & Activations: Identify relevant on-ground events, communities, and experiences that align with Shyft’s target audience and brand objectives. Evaluate opportunities and work with the team to plan and execute meaningful brand activations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 yrs of experience in marketing and managing teams
- Experience in brand and on ground partnerships and events
- Keen eye for marketing ideas, collaborations and impact-first ideas
- Easy to talk to and great people skills
- Passion for health, sports, nutrition and everything fitness
