## Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced *Talent Acquisition professional* with a strong background in *hospital and healthcare recruitment*. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of clinical, nursing, paramedical, administrative, and support staff positions.
The ideal candidate should have *4–5 years of mandatory recruitment experience in the hospital sector* and must be able to *communicate effectively in Kannada*.
## Key Responsibilities
* Manage *end-to-end recruitment* for hospital requirements.
* Source and recruit *Doctors, Nurses, Paramedical Staff, Technicians, Pharmacists, Front Office, Administration, Billing, HR and other hospital staff*.
* Coordinate with department heads and management to understand manpower requirements.
* Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, databases, recruitment drives, and other sourcing channels.
* Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
* Coordinate technical and departmental interview rounds.
* Handle salary discussions, offer negotiations, and offer rollouts.
* Follow up with selected candidates until successful joining.
* Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
* Build a strong pipeline of healthcare professionals for current and future requirements.
* Support bulk hiring and walk-in recruitment drives when required.
* Ensure positions are closed within defined hiring timelines.
## Mandatory Requirements
* *4–5 years of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience.*
* *Hospital sector recruitment experience is mandatory.*
* Strong understanding of *healthcare and hospital job roles*.
* *Fluency in Kannada is mandatory.*
* Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Strong sourcing and candidate-management skills.
* Experience using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
* Ability to handle multiple positions and high-volume recruitment requirements.
## Preferred Qualification
*MBA / PGDM in HR, Human Resources Management, or any relevant graduate/postgraduate qualification.*
