Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, from intake discussion with the hiring manager through to offer acceptance and joining.
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and direct outreach, and build pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions.
- Screen applications and conduct first-round interviews to assess skill fit, communication and motivation before shortlisting.
- Coordinate interview panels, drive timely feedback, and keep candidates informed at every stage.
- Maintain the recruitment module in Darwinbox, keeping requisitions, candidate stages and documentation accurate and current.
- Roll out offers, handle salary negotiations within approved bands, and drive offer-to-join conversion.
- Coordinate pre-joining formalities including background verification and document collection, in coordination with HR Operations.
- Support campus and internship hiring, including tracking interns through their program and managing conversion to permanent roles.
- Track and report hiring metrics such as time to fill, source effectiveness and offer-to-join ratio, and escalate bottlenecks early.
- Represent the employer brand consistently across all candidate interactions.
Required Skills
- Full-cycle recruitment capability, with a proven record of independently closing roles.
- Hands-on sourcing expertise across Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter and similar platforms, including Boolean search.
- Working knowledge of an ATS or HRMS; familiarity with Darwinbox is an advantage.
- Strong interviewing and evaluation judgment — able to distinguish genuine capability from a well-presented CV.
- Excellent verbal and written English, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders and candidates.
- Negotiation and influencing skills, particularly around compensation discussions and offer closure.
- Strong organisation and follow-through, with the ability to run multiple open roles simultaneously without letting any stall.
- Comfort working with data and basic reporting in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Discretion in handling confidential candidate and compensation information.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognised university.
- MBA or PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
- 2 to 4 years of recruitment experience, in-house or a combination of agency and in-house.
- Prior experience hiring for SaaS, cloud telephony or B2B technology is desirable.
- Exposure to volume hiring for sales or customer support functions is an added advantage.
