Software Developer – AI Training Project
Location: Remote
Engagement: Contract
Compensation: USD $60–$75/hour
Ufinity Ventures is sharing an opportunity for experienced Software Developers to contribute their expertise to an innovative AI training project focused on digital innovation.
In this role, selected professionals will apply their software development expertise to help train and improve next-generation AI systems. The work involves providing high-quality, real-world technical insights that help AI models improve their reasoning, problem-solving, and understanding of software development concepts.
No prior AI experience is required. Strong professional expertise in software development is the primary requirement.
Scope of Work
- Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and robust software solutions using Python, Java, JavaScript/Node.js, and/or full-stack technologies.
- Conduct detailed code reviews and provide actionable feedback to improve functionality, performance, and adherence to development standards.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation supporting architectural decisions and ongoing maintenance.
- Contribute to software architecture decisions and recommend industry best practices for long-term stability and scalability.
- Analyze technical requirements and deliver efficient, high-quality solutions that meet project needs.
- Provide real-world programming examples, technical explanations, and problem-solving approaches for AI training datasets.
- Communicate technical findings, challenges, and solutions clearly through written and verbal communication.
- Collaborate remotely in a project-focused environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven professional experience as a developer, consultant, or specialist in one or more of the following: Python, Java, JavaScript/Node.js, or full-stack software development.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and reviewing complex software architectures and codebases.
- Strong experience producing and maintaining high-quality, user-friendly technical documentation.
- Solid experience with code review processes and providing constructive, actionable feedback.
- Ability to explain complex software concepts clearly through written and verbal communication.
- Experience working remotely and collaborating with distributed teams using digital communication tools.
- Exposure to AI, machine learning concepts, or technology training datasets is an advantage but not required.
