MDM Developer – Reltio / Informatica + SnapLogic

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced MDM Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Reltio or Informatica MDM and SnapLogic. The ideal candidate should have experience delivering end-to-end MDM implementations and building integrations across enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement enterprise MDM solutions using Reltio or Informatica MDM Cloud.
- Work on end-to-end MDM implementations including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Develop master data models, hierarchies, metadata, matching, merging, survivorship, standardization, cleansing, and deduplication rules.
- Design and develop integrations between MDM platforms and enterprise applications using SnapLogic.
- Build and maintain SnapLogic pipelines, APIs, and data integration workflows across cloud and on-premise systems.
- Perform data profiling, data quality analysis, cleansing, and remediation.
- Support data migration, enrichment, and data governance initiatives.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, integration teams, and client stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex MDM and integration issues.
- Create technical design documents and solution/operational documentation.
- Drive MDM best practices, standards, and reusable integration assets.
Must-Have Skills
- 5+ years of MDM development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Reltio OR Informatica MDM
- Hands-on SnapLogic experience is mandatory
- Strong understanding of MDM concepts, data modeling, match & merge, survivorship, hierarchy, and data quality
- Experience with SnapLogic pipelines and API/integration development
- Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and SQL
- Experience integrating MDM platforms with enterprise applications
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Preferred
- Experience with Salesforce, ERP, CRM, or cloud data platforms
- Experience with Snowflake/AWS/Azure
- MDM/Data Governance experience
- Strong client-facing communication skills
