ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for a smart, organised and hands-on Operations Manager to help run the day-to-day workings of Sajjante.
This person will work closely with the Founder and coordinate across production, inventory, logistics, accounts, sales and store operations.
The goal is to make sure the business runs smoothly, teams stay coordinated, deadlines are met and routine operational matters are handled without needing constant Founder involvement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Oversee and coordinate day-to-day operations across the company.
- Keep production, customer orders, repairs, consignments and key deadlines on track.
- Coordinate between production, inventory, logistics, accounts, sales and store teams.
- Ensure gold, diamonds, jewellery and other high-value inventory are properly recorded, checked and reconciled.
- Review operational trackers and follow up on delays, discrepancies and incomplete tasks.
- Help introduce simple systems, SOPs and checklists that make everyone’s work clearer and easier.
- Oversee logistics, invoicing coordination, store operations and routine business administration.
- Coordinate the operational side of exhibitions, staff travel and other business requirements.
- Help coordinate recruitment and onboarding as the team grows.
- Run regular operational reviews and give the Founder a short update on important issues, risks and decisions required.

- Strong with numbers, Excel and basic business systems
- Detail-oriented and comfortable checking inventory and records
- Practical, calm and hands-on
- Comfortable coordinating people, vendors and ground-level teams
- Trustworthy and discreet
- Able to solve routine problems independently and know when to escalate
EXPERIENCERelevant experience in operations, jewellery, diamonds, manufacturing, luxury retail, fashion, trading, exports or an inventory-led business would be valuable.
Jewellery experience is preferred, but not essential if the candidate has strong operational and people-management skills.
This is not a Personal Assistant role. We are looking for someone who enjoys creating order, coordinating teams and making a growing business run smoothly.
