Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in South Delhi. The Architect will participate in all project stages, from concept development to construction documentation and site coordination. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing architectural drawings and 3D models, developing design concepts, and producing detailed plans, sections, and elevations. The role involves coordinating with structural, MEP, and other consultants, ensuring design integration and compliance with local building codes and regulations. The Architect will support project management activities such as tracking milestones, assisting with schedules, and communicating with clients and contractors to address design queries and construction issues.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and detailing.
- Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration related to architectural workflows, such as integrating BIM tools, CAD software, and visualization platforms.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including coordination, time management, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and presentation tools.
- Knowledge of building codes, local regulations, materials, and construction methods.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional registration is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site, pay close attention to detail, and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Prior experience in an architectural firm or on built projects in urban settings is preferred.
