Role Description The Senior Architect (interiors) will lead the design and execution of commercial interior projects, translating client requirements into creative, practical, and brand-aligned workspace solutions. Responsibilities include developing detailed architectural and interior design concepts, preparing drawings and specifications, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and overseeing project delivery from initial briefing through handover. The role involves conducting site assessments, ensuring design compliance with safety and regulatory standards, managing project timelines and resources, and collaborating closely with clients and internal teams. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring regular presence at the office and project sites to supervise implementation and maintain design quality.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, particularly in commercial interiors and workspace planning.
- Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including scheduling, resource coordination, and stakeholder communication across multiple projects.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Integration of design elements, building services, and fit-out components to ensure cohesive and functional environments.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in relevant design and documentation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D visualization software)
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Several years of experience in commercial interior projects, including design leadership and on-site execution in corporate or workspace environments.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, materials, finishes, and construction methodologies, with attention to detail and quality standards.
- Effective communication, client-facing, and team collaboration skills, with the ability to mentor junior designers and manage cross-functional teams.
