Teamcenter Functional Consultant / Architect

Your Profile
- Lead business and functional consulting engagements for Siemens Teamcenter PLM implementations, transformations, and optimization programs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and product owners to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Conduct discovery workshops, fit-gap assessments, process evaluations, and solution definition sessions.
- Design functional solutions supporting Product Data Management (PDM), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Change Management, Configuration Management, Document Management, and BOM Management.
- Define business processes, governance models, user workflows, data migration requirements, and reporting needs.
- Provide solution architecture guidance aligned with industry best practices and client business objectives.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and support technical teams during implementation.
- Lead process harmonization, solution blueprinting, and target operating model definition activities.
- Support data migration, integration, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and deployment activities.
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment across business, engineering, manufacturing, quality, and IT organizations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and recommend industry-leading PLM solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers on PLM strategy, digital engineering, and product lifecycle transformation.
Your Role
- Minimum 10+ years of overall experience with at least 6+ years of hands-on experience in Siemens Teamcenter PLM.
- Strong expertise in Teamcenter functional consulting, solution design, and business process transformation.
- Deep understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Product Data Management (PDM), Engineering Change Management, Configuration Management, Document Management, and Product Structure/BOM Management.
- Experience working with Teamcenter modules including Active Workspace, Workflow Management, Change Management, Classification, Requirements Management, and Structure Management.
- Strong domain knowledge of engineering and manufacturing processes across product development lifecycles.
- Experience conducting requirements workshops, process mapping, gap analysis, and solution blueprinting activities.
- Knowledge of Teamcenter Data Model, BMIDE concepts, and implementation methodologies.
- Experience supporting Teamcenter integrations with SAP, ERP, MES, ALM, and enterprise applications.
- Understanding of CAD integrations including NX, CATIA, Creo, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD.
- Experience in Teamcenter implementation, migration, upgrade, or digital transformation programs.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and consulting skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business users, architects, technical teams, and executive leadership.
- Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
- Manufacturing, Aerospace, Automotive, Industrial Equipment, High-Tech, or Life Sciences industry experience preferred.
