Mesin Technovation is hiring an experienced and result-oriented Sales Engineer for our Industrial Coding, Marking & Automation business.
Position: Sales Engineer – Industrial Coding & Automation
Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh
Job Type: Full-time | On-site / Field Sales
Qualification:
• B.Tech / MBA
Experience:
• Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in B2B Industrial Sales / Technical Sales.
• Experience in Industrial Automation, Coding & Marking, Packaging Machinery, Electrical/Electronics, Industrial Machinery or related industrial products will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new B2B leads and develop industrial customers.
• Visit manufacturing plants and meet key decision-makers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
• Promote CIJ, TIJ, TTO, Coding, Marking & Industrial Automation solutions.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations and commercial proposals.
• Regularly follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into orders.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close sales.
• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Identify new industries and business opportunities.
• Maintain records of customer visits, leads, quotations and follow-ups.
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
