Our platform combines computer vision, behavioural analysis, and AI-driven reporting to help doctors, schools, and health centres identify signs of autism and developmental delay early, often years before a family would otherwise find out, so that intervention can begin when it matters most.

- Explain how the Aignosis platform works, covering the technical and clinical aspects of the screening process
- Act as the technical authority during sales interactions, supporting the field and clinical teams
- Understand customer requirements and suggest use-case-based applications of the platform (schools, PHCs, hospitals, community camps)
- Collect real-time feedback from doctors and institutions to improve product usability
- Help convert trials/demos into adoption through trust, clarity, and reliability
- Track field activity, deployments, feedback loops, and user adoption in your territory
- Collaborate with internal engineering and clinical teams to relay field feedback and improve the product
Who You Are
- B.E./B.Tech in Biomedical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or a related field
- 2 to 4 years of experience (Freshers welcome); sales, application engineering, or field deployment experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to engage confidently with doctors and institutional stakeholders, and influence decisions through knowledge and logic
- Strong interest in healthcare innovation and hands-on product application
- Willing to travel extensively across the territory for fieldwork, demos, and training sessions
- Prior exposure to med-tech, IoT devices, or customer-facing engineering roles is an advantage
What's In It for You
- Competitive salary + performance-based incentives (based on demo-to-adoption conversions)
- Technical and clinical training provided
- Growth path into Territory Sales Manager, Senior Manager
- Opportunity to be part of a startup transforming early childhood healthcare in India
- Real-world impact, working directly with doctors, schools, and the medical community
