We are looking for a sharp, proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our Real Estate Development Company and take ownership of our customer relationship and accounts function.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Post Sales customer relationships from booking to possession
- Oversee customer accounts, collections, receivables & payment follow-ups
- Handle customer queries, documentation, agreements & statements
- Prepare regular MIS & collection reports, and provide regular reporting to the management
- Ensure a seamless, professional customer experience
Candidate Qualities
- 5–7 years of experience in Real Estate CRM / Customer Relations / Accounts
- Prior experience with a reputed real estate developer preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word & Powerpoint), Tally Prime & Real Estate CRM Softwares
- Fluent with Hindi, English & Marathi Language.
- Prompt with communication, coordination & follow-ups
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a professional, customer-centric attitude
