📢 Hiring Alert – EVP / Business Head – Ecommerce Performance
Hello Connects,
We are hiring for a senior leadership role in Ecommerce Performance Marketing.
📍 Location: Pune
💼 Experience: 10–12 Years (Minimum 5 years in a Media Agency)
💰 CTC: Up to ₹35–40 LPA
⏳ Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days (Buyout option available)
🔹 Key Requirements:
✔ Strong experience in leading the complete P&L for an Ecommerce Performance business
✔ Expertise in scaling business, client management, and people leadership
✔ Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Blinkit Ads, Quick Commerce (Q-Commerce) and Ecommerce Performance Marketing
✔ Experience managing large teams (60–80 members)
✔ Mandatory: Currently handling domestic Ecommerce clients
✔ Agency background is mandatory
