Job Title: Human Resources Executive (MEP / Electrical / Solar Projects)
Location: Panvel, Navi Mumbai

Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage complete HR operations for our Electrical, MEP, and Solar project-based organization. The role requires hands-on involvement in recruitment, HR administration, SOP creation, and workforce coordination for site and office teams.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for office staff, site engineers, supervisors, technicians, and project-based roles
Manage employee onboarding, documentation, induction, and exit formalities
Create, document, implement, and update HR SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, discipline, and compliance
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave data, and HR databases
Draft and manage offer letters, appointment letters, HR notices, warnings, and termination communications
Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and project-based compliance norms
Act as a single point of contact for employee grievances, site coordination, and HR queries
Coordinate with management on performance monitoring, contract renewals, and disciplinary actions
Support payroll inputs, contractor coordination, and workforce deployment
Assist in maintaining a professional and compliant work culture across office and project sites
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
1–4 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in Electrical / MEP / Solar / EPC projects
Experience in SOP drafting and implementation
Working knowledge of Indian labor laws, contract labor, and site workforce management
Strong communication skills in English & Hindi (Marathi preferred)
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, HR documentation, and email communication
Ability to handle confidential information and work independently
Mandatory full-time on-site availability in Panvel
