Role Description The Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director is a full-time remote leadership role responsible for setting the overall vision, strategy, and performance direction of Pentragrid Internationals Pvt Ltd. This position oversees financial health, operational efficiency, and business development, ensuring alignment with long-term growth objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading executive decision-making, supervising key functional heads, reviewing financial and operational reports, and guiding strategic initiatives across markets. The role also involves building partnerships, driving sales and revenue strategies, managing risk, and representing the organization to stakeholders, investors, and clients. The CEO and Managing Director is expected to cultivate a culture of accountability, innovation, and compliance with regulatory and ethical standards in all business activities.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Finance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Demonstrated experience in Operations Management and process optimization.
- Expertise in Business Planning and Strategic Planning for short- and long-term growth.
- Proven background in Sales and revenue-generation strategies.
- Leadership experience in senior executive roles, preferably as CEO, Managing Director, or equivalent.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to lead remote teams, build inclusive cultures, and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field is highly beneficial.
- Experience working with international markets or multi-location operations is an advantage.
