About the Role
Wattpower Systems Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a smart, polished, proactive, and service-oriented Butler to the Managing Director.
This is a premium role suited for someone who understands high-quality service, professional etiquette, confidentiality, attention to detail, and anticipatory service. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working closely with senior management and managing responsibilities with maturity, discretion, and a strong sense of ownership.
We are looking for someone who doesn't simply wait for instructions but is proactive, observant, eager to learn, and willing to take responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalised, professional and discreet service to the Managing Director.
- Anticipate requirements and ensure the MD's day-to-day needs are handled smoothly.
- Maintain a high standard of grooming, etiquette, communication and presentation.
- Assist with daily routines, meetings, travel requirements, dining arrangements and other personal/professional requirements.
- Coordinate with drivers, household staff, office teams, vendors and other service providers as required.
- Ensure timely execution of tasks with strong attention to detail.
- Handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality and discretion.
- Maintain a service environment that reflects luxury hospitality standards.
- Take ownership of responsibilities and proactively identify requirements before they are communicated.
- Support the MD during business travel, events, meetings and special engagements when required.
What We Are Looking For
- 2–3 years of relevant experience.
- Candidates from hospitality, luxury hotels, premium guest services, Butler Services, F&B, or high-end service environments will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Smart, well-groomed and professionally presented.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Ability to understand requirements quickly and work independently.
- A positive attitude with a genuine service mindset.
