Your Role
As a Quantity Surveyor Engineer, you will be responsible for preparing BOQs, reviewing architectural drawings, estimating project costs, preparing tender and contract documents, monitoring project budgets, negotiating with vendors and contractors, conducting cost analysis and ensuring projects are completed within the approved budget while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Review architectural plans and prepare quantity estimates
✅ Prepare BOQs, tender documents and contracts
✅ Estimate material, labor and project costs
✅ Monitor project budgets and cost variations
✅ Coordinate with architects, contractors and site teams
✅ Analyze project costs, ROI and feasibility studies
✅ Negotiate vendor and contractor pricing
✅ Maintain project drawings and documentation
✅ Prepare reports, budgets and risk assessments
Desired Candidate Profile
✔ 10–12 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
✔ Strong experience in finishing projects is mandatory
✔ B.E./B.Tech (Civil or relevant discipline)
✔ Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD 2D & 3D
✔ Strong knowledge of construction materials, BOQ preparation, tendering, budgeting and cost control
