Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for finance and loan experience staff. The role involves preparing and reviewing financial documentation required for loan applications, coordinating with banks and financial institutions, and tracking application status to ensure timely approvals. Responsibilities include analyzing client financials, cash flows, and creditworthiness, advising clients on suitable loan products, and ensuring compliance with relevant income tax and GST provisions. The staff member will assist in maintaining accurate records, preparing reports for internal and client use, and supporting senior team members with finance-related advisory work. The role also requires regular client communication, follow-up on documentation, and collaboration with tax and accounting teams to provide integrated solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of finance, accounting principles, and basic taxation relevant to loans and business funding.
- Experience with loan processing, financial documentation, and coordination with banks or NBFCs.
- Ability to analyze financial statements, cash flows, and credit profiles to support lending decisions.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and familiarity with accounting or ERP software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and financial institutions.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi and collaborate effectively in a team-based professional environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; additional certifications in banking or finance are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a CA firm, financial services, or loan processing will be considered beneficial.
