Job details:
- Handle retail forex sales and customer enquiries for foreign currency and related forex services.
- Generate leads through walk-ins, telephone calls, referrals, travel agents, corporates, and other channels.
- Assist customers with foreign currency requirements for travel, education, medical treatment, business travel, etc.
- Explain forex products, applicable rates, documentation, and service procedures to customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain customer relationships and generate repeat business.
- Coordinate with internal operations/compliance teams for KYC and transaction documentation.
- Maintain accurate sales and customer records.
- Follow all applicable company policies and RBI/forex compliance requirements.
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication and convincing/sales skills.
- Experience in retail forex, money exchange, travel, banking, or financial services will be preferred.
- Strong customer-handling and lead-conversion abilities.
- Comfortable with field sales as well as branch/retail sales.
- Basic knowledge of foreign currencies and forex transactions.
- Candidate should be willing to work in a role where an individual AD-II licence is not provided/required, subject to the company's regulatory structure and applicable RBI requirements.
