Job Description – Disbursement Head
Position: Disbursement Head
Industry: Fintech / Digital Lending / NBFC

Team Handling: 8–15 Members
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Notice Period: Maximum 15 Days
Location: NSP, Pitampura
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced **Disbursement Head** with strong experience in the **Payday Loan / Digital Lending NBFC industry** to lead the complete disbursement function and manage a high-performing team.
### Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the complete **Loan Disbursement function**.
* Manage, supervise, and mentor a team of **8–15 members**.
* Set daily/monthly disbursement targets and ensure achievement of team KPIs.
* Oversee the complete disbursement process from approval to successful payout.
* Ensure accurate verification of loan details, customer information, and required documentation.
* Coordinate with **Credit, Operations, Banking, Collection, and Customer Care teams**.
* Monitor disbursement TAT, productivity, quality, and rejection rates.
* Ensure timely resolution of disbursement-related issues and escalations.
* Monitor pending, failed, and rejected disbursement cases.
* Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase efficiency.
* Ensure adherence to company SOPs, internal policies, and applicable regulatory requirements.
* Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly **MIS and performance reports**.
* Conduct regular team reviews, provide coaching, and manage team performance.
* Share operational performance and business insights with senior management.
### Candidate Profile
* **8+ years of relevant experience in Payday Loan / Digital Lending NBFC is mandatory.**
* Strong understanding of the **Payday Loan lifecycle and disbursement process**.
* Proven experience in **team handling and people management**.
* Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
* Good command of **MS Excel, MIS, and operational reporting**.
* Excellent communication and coordination skills.
* Target-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
* Candidates without relevant **Payday Loan NBFC experience will not be preferred**.
* **Maximum 30 days' notice period.**
