About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior GenAI Engineer with strong experience in building production-grade Generative AI applications and modern full-stack systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in LLMs, Agentic AI, AI Agents, RAG architectures, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and AI workflow automation, along with solid software engineering fundamentals.
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI-powered applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy production-ready Generative AI applications.
- Build intelligent AI agents using Agentic AI frameworks and orchestration techniques.
- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for enterprise knowledge systems.
- Implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) for scalable AI integrations.
- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into business applications.
- Develop backend APIs and full-stack applications supporting AI workflows.
- Utilize AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools to accelerate development.
- Design scalable software architecture following distributed systems principles.
- Optimize AI solutions for performance, latency, reliability, and cost.
- Integrate cloud-native AI services across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.
- Ensure high-quality code through testing, documentation, and code reviews.

Mandatory Requirements

- Hands-on experience developing REST APIs.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Excellent understanding of distributed systems and scalable software architecture.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks.
- Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, PGVector, or ChromaDB.
- Experience deploying AI applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with MLOps and LLMOps practices.
- Experience monitoring and evaluating LLM performance in production.
- Understanding of AI security, governance, and responsible AI practices.
