🚀 We're Hiring: Gen AI Engineer (Python) | 6–8 Years | Hybrid - Hyderabad/ Bangalore/ Chennai/Pune
Are you passionate about building next-generation AI solutions? We're looking for an experienced Gen AI Engineer with strong Python expertise to join our team and work on Generative AI.
📍 Work Mode: Hybrid
🕒 Work Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST
💼 Experience: 6–8 Years
✅ Relevant Experience: Python – 6+ Years | Generative AI – 3+ Years
Key Skills (Must Have)
- Strong hands-on experience in Python development
- Solid understanding of AI & Generative AI concepts
- Experience building Agentic AI solutions
- Hands-on experience with Python ADK or similar agent development frameworks
- Strong knowledge of Prompt Engineering
- Experience writing effective agent instructions and defining agent behaviors
- Experience with Agentic Workflows and orchestration patterns
- Working knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP)
- Hands-on experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
- Experience with MLflow or similar ML lifecycle tools
- Exposure to LangGraph or graph-based orchestration frameworks
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and Python coding skills
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies
Good to Have
- Experience with Big Data ecosystems
- Hands-on experience with PySpark
- Knowledge of Data Engineering, Cloud, or MLOps
- Experience with scalable data processing pipelines
- Familiarity with deploying AI workloads in enterprise environments
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and enhance AI & Generative AI solutions using Python
- Develop and manage Agentic AI workflows
- Create effective prompts, system instructions, and agent interaction patterns
- Build AI applications using Python-based frameworks and ADKs
- Implement MCP, tool integrations, and orchestration frameworks
- Develop RAG-powered AI solutions
- Use MLflow for experiment tracking and model lifecycle management
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams
- Translate business requirements into scalable AI-powered solutions
- Test, debug, and optimize Python-based AI applications
