What We're Looking For
We are seeking forward-deployed, client-facing AI Engineers who can architect, build, and deploy AI solutions in real-world enterprise environments. The ideal candidate should be able to work directly with stakeholders, translate business problems into AI solutions, and take ownership of end-to-end execution.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Advanced AI Engineering
Hands-on experience with multi-agent frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or ADK
Strong expertise in LLM fine-tuning (LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT, Instruction Tuning)
Experience building advanced RAG architectures, including hybrid search, re-ranking, and evaluation-driven tuning
Proven experience designing agentic workflows using tool calling, MCP servers, state machines, and function calling
Familiarity with LLM evaluation frameworks such as RAGAS, custom evaluation pipelines, and A/B testing
Strong prompt engineering capabilities with versioning, testing, and governance practices
Systems & Integration
Experience integrating enterprise applications through REST APIs, GraphQL, and event-driven architectures
Strong understanding of data ecosystems such as Spark, Airflow, and Kafka
Experience working with SQL, NoSQL, Vector Databases, and Graph Databases
Exposure to cloud-native AI platforms:
Google Vertex AI
Azure AI Foundry
AWS Bedrock
