We are seeking a highly experienced Staff Software Engineer to join a remote engineering team based in India. This role offers an opportunity to shape the architecture of a core platform within a fast-growing, innovative company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the architecture and write production code daily using React, TypeScript, Node/NestJS, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
- Address challenges related to multi-tenancy, security, and performance at scale.
- Mentor engineers and establish engineering standards across the team.
Experience: 8 - 14 years of relevant software engineering experience.
