ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Senior Identity & IAM Developer to lead the development, maintenance, and operational support of our client's identity and access management tool ecosystem. The primary focus of this role is One Identity Manager, with additional responsibility for API integrations between IAM platforms. This role may involve Japanese language coordination depending on project requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct impact analysis for new features and integration changes within One Identity Manager
- Create and review specifications, design documents, and technical documentation for IAM tools
- Perform configuration, customisation, and modification of the One Identity Manager platform
- Lead testing, release coordination, and deployment support for IAM tool changes
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production One Identity Manager environments
- Develop new features and enhancements for identity and access management tools
- Manage certificate renewals, version upgrades, and patching cycles for IAM platforms
- Monitor and handle alerts and errors from One Identity Manager
- Support addition or modification of integration connection destinations via API
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise IAM tools
- Proficiency in One Identity Manager — development, customisation, and administration
- Experience with API integrations between IAM and security platforms
- Strong SDLC experience including testing, deployment, and release management
- Familiarity with Active Directory and identity lifecycle concepts
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Business-level English
- One Identity Manager certified developer or administrator
- Experience in financial services or insurance sector IT environments
- ITIL Foundation certification
