We are seeking an experienced India Site Lead based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This is a hands-on, individual contributor and managerial role focused on backend engineering and scalable architecture, with AI as a core component of the technology stack.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage engineering efforts at the India site.
- Architect scalable backend systems.
- Integrate AI-driven solutions into product development.
- Collaborate closely with product teams to build efficient software solutions.
- Maintain a strong product mindset while being technically hands-on.
Work Environment:
- 5 days in-office at Bengaluru (HSR Layout).
- 1 day remote work per week.
Experience: 6 - 9 years
Salary Range: 80 - 150 LPA
