Job Description – Site Lead
Position: Site Lead
Experience: 4–6 Years
Location: Pune
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Site Lead to manage and coordinate site activities related to Building Management Systems (BMS), Fire Alarm Systems (FAS), and PA Systems. The candidate will be responsible for site supervision, customer communication, vendor management, quality execution, and timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise day-to-day BMS site activities.
- Coordinate with customers, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Manage installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and handover activities.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, schedules, and quality standards.
- Monitor site manpower, material availability, and project progress.
- Manage and coordinate with vendors/subcontractors for timely execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper installation and workmanship.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain project documentation.
- Resolve site-level technical and execution issues.
- Coordinate customer inspections, testing, commissioning, and final handover.
- Ensure compliance with project quality and safety requirements.

Qualification
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, E&TC, or a related engineering discipline.
