We are seeking a Growth Operator to join a dynamic startup team based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This is a founding-team role with the opportunity to work directly with the founders to build growth from the ground up.
Responsibilities:
- Run experiments across creators, communities, product launches, and outreach efforts to identify scalable growth strategies.
- Execute growth initiatives rapidly with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate growth and optimize processes.
- Contribute to shaping the overall growth strategy from day one.
