VMC OPERATOR
📍 Location: Peenya, Bangalore
👨🏭 Experience: 1–5 Years
💰 Salary: Not a constraint for the right candidate
🎓 Qualification: Diploma / ITI / Mechanical Engineering
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate VMC machines
- Read engineering drawings and process sheets
- Tool setting, loading/unloading, and offset correction
- Perform in-process inspection
- Maintain required tolerances and surface finish
- Troubleshoot basic machining issues
- Maintain production records
- Follow safety & 5S practices
- Coordinate with Production & Quality teams
Preferred
- Aerospace / Precision Manufacturing experience
- Mitsubishi Controller knowledge
