We are seeking a Founding Motion Designer to join a fast-growing sports-tech startup based in Bengaluru. This full-time, in-office role offers an opportunity to lead the creative direction of motion design from the ground up, shaping the visual identity across social media, campaigns, product launches, match-day content, and the website.

In this role, you will work directly with the founding team to build a distinctive visual language for a product targeting sports fans globally. You will have the freedom to experiment with kinetic typography, 3D animation, AI-powered creative workflows, and real-time sports content. There is potential to grow the design team as the company scales.
The ideal candidate has a strong creative point of view, a genuine passion for sports, and a portfolio that demonstrates exceptional craft and end-to-end ownership of motion design projects. While motion design is the core requirement, experience in brand design is considered a plus.
