We are seeking a Founding Fullstack Engineer with a backend-first focus to join a dynamic startup based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on AI-driven solutions for financial products, engaging customers through platforms like WhatsApp and voice, interpreting intent, and driving sales processes.
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India (5 days per week onsite)
Experience: 1 - 5 years
Compensation: Up to ₹30 LPA
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain backend services primarily using JavaScript and Python.
- Contribute to frontend development, infrastructure, and AI-related components as the team scales.
- Collaborate closely with founding team members to build and enhance a product already live with major BFSI clients.
- Take ownership of product features and technical solutions in a startup environment.
