Role Overview:
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who can independently build, test, deploy, and maintain
production-ready web applications.
The candidate should be strong in frontend and backend development, comfortable with cloud and server
deployments, and highly proficient in using AI development tools to improve speed and code quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build responsive web applications using Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and shadcn/ui.
• Develop scalable backend APIs and services using Golang.
• Design PostgreSQL schemas, migrations, queries, and integrations.
• Integrate REST APIs, SOAP/XML APIs, webhooks, payment gateways, and third-party services.
• Deploy and manage applications using Linux, Docker, Nginx, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Debug production issues across frontend, backend, databases, and infrastructure.
• Write clean, secure, tested, and maintainable code.
• Use AI tools such as Codex, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools effectively.
• Review and validate AI-generated code before implementation.
• Maintain technical documentation and deployment runbooks.
Required Skills:

• Experience with SaaS, ERP, CRM, fintech, travel, or booking platforms
• Familiarity with Valkey/Redis, Temporal, MinIO/S3, and observability tools
• Experience with multi-tenant systems and role-based access control
• Knowledge of cloud or self-hosted deployment environments
Candidate Profile:
• Strong problem-solving and debugging ability
• Capable of owning features from development to deployment
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Able to understand complex workflows and convert them into reliable software
• Uses AI to accelerate development without compromising code quality or security
