📌 Role Overview
- Job Title: Senior Software Engineer – Full Stack (React.js + Python)
- Experience Required: 2 to 4 Years (Strictly No Freshers)
- Work Location: Mumbai (100% On-site / Mandatory)
- Compensation: ₹4.0 – ₹6.0 LPA (Based on experience)
- Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred (Max 30 days)
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc IT or equivalent
- Interview Process:
- Rounds 1 & 2: Virtual / Online Technical Assessment 🖥️
- Final Round: Face-to-Face Interview at Mumbai Office 🏢 (Mandatory for final selection)
🛠️ Core Responsibilities
- Full Stack Development: Develop, test, and maintain web applications using React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and Python.
- UI & Frontend Architecture: Build responsive, mobile-first, and high-performance interfaces using Tailwind CSS / Bootstrap.
- API & Backend Integration: Design, build, and consume scalable REST APIs; integrate frontend systems with relational (MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB / Firebase / Strapi) databases.
- Code Quality & Best Practices: Participate in active code reviews, implement component-based architectures, and enforce robust state management (Redux / Context API).
- DevOps & AI Utilization: Leverage modern CI/CD pipelines and AI-powered development tools to enhance problem-solving and delivery efficiency.
📋 Mandatory Technical Skills
- Frontend: Strong hands-on commercial experience in React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and Tailwind CSS / Bootstrap.
- Backend: Proven experience in Python application development and REST API creation/integration.
- Databases: Proficiency in MySQL alongside working knowledge of MongoDB / Firebase / Strapi.
- Tools & Concepts: Git, Postman, VS Code, Component-Based Architecture, and State Management (Context API / Redux).
- Nice-to-Have Skills: Exposure to AngularJS, Node.js, Cloud Platforms, Application Security/Auth, and AI-assisted development tools.
