We are seeking a Founding Engineer to join a remote team based in India. This role involves building advanced AI-driven creative agents that generate high-performing video advertisements for brands.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing creative agents that produce ads optimized for performance, beyond just aesthetics
- Implementing distribution strategies across both paid and organic channels
- Creating agents capable of analyzing their own ad performance data and iteratively improving subsequent ad batches
The technology stack is primarily TypeScript end-to-end, utilizing the Claude Agent SDK and Trigger.dev on the agent layer.
Requirements:
- 3 to 6 years of experience with a proven track record of shipping products used by real users
- Experience building agentic systems and managing their failure modes
- Demonstrable output that leverages autonomous agent technology
- Strong product and design sensibility
Location: Remote (India)
Compensation: 50 - 120 LPA
