We are seeking an experienced Head of Technology to lead and own engineering efforts across product development, architecture, scalability, and delivery for a fast-growing fintech company. This role involves working closely with technology on a complex, cloud-native platform that supports large-scale banking and financial technology use cases.
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India (Work from Office, 5 days a week)
Experience Required: 10 - 19 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead engineering teams through significant growth phases, including 0 to 1 and scaling journeys.
- Own end-to-end technology strategy and execution to support merchant SaaS infrastructure for banks and financial institutions.
- Drive product architecture and ensure platform scalability and reliability.
- Stay hands-on with technology to maintain a builder-led approach.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions for large-scale fintech use cases.
Compensation: Competitive salary range of 70 - 150 LPA
