We are seeking a highly motivated individual for a full-time, remote position based in India to join the Founders Office. This role involves owning real projects across recruiting, outreach, creator networks, and launches, while also building AI tools to automate workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of projects from inception to execution without detailed step-by-step guidance.
- Manage high-volume outreach and recruiting efforts.
- Develop and implement AI-driven automation tools to streamline tasks.
- Collaborate closely with the founding team to solve complex problems.
Candidate Profile:
- Daily user of AI agents with experience building personal AI setups.
- Proven experience building internal tools or automations that are actively used.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage projects end to end.
- Comfortable handling large-scale outreach and recruiting activities.
Experience: 2 - 4 years
Location: Remote (India)
Salary Range: 10 - 30 LPA
