*Sales Accountant - GenZone Dubai*
GenZone is looking for a **Sales Accountant** to join our growing team in Dubai.
*Salary:* AED 10,000–14,000/month
*Location:* Dubai, UAE
*Employment:* Full-time
About the Role:
We’re looking for an accountant who is not only strong with numbers, but also *confident speaking with clients and selling accounting services*.
You’ll work with GenZone clients to understand their accounting and tax requirements, recommend the right services, close accounting packages, and help ensure clients remain compliant in the UAE.
Responsibilities:
* Speak with new and existing clients about their accounting needs
* Sell and upsell GenZone accounting, VAT and Corporate Tax services
* Explain UAE accounting and tax requirements clearly to clients
* Prepare quotations and follow up with leads
* Convert company-formation clients into accounting clients
* Manage clients that were closed on the sales call for the services sold
* Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
* Coordinate with our accounting team for client onboarding
* Track leads, conversions and sales performance
* Identify additional accounting and compliance services clients may need
Requirements:
* *3+ years of accounting experience*
* Strong understanding of *UAE Corporate Tax, VAT and accounting*
* Excellent spoken and written *English*
* Confident, professional and comfortable speaking with clients
* Strong sales and negotiation skills
* Previous UAE experience preferred
* CA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent qualification is a strong advantage
* Experience in a client-facing accounting, consultancy or corporate-services environment is preferred
Compensation:
*AED 10,000–14,000 per month*, depending on experience and qualifications.
Additional performance-based incentives/commission may be offered based on accounting sales.
Who We're Looking For:
This is *not a traditional back-office accounting position*. We want someone who understands accounting but also enjoys speaking with clients, identifying opportunities and closing business.
