We are seeking a Program Manager based in Bangalore to lead client engagements from contract signing through to successful implementation within manufacturing plants. In this role, you will own the outcome of projects, ensuring that client objectives are met effectively and efficiently.
Location: Bangalore (HSR), full-time, onsite (5 days a week)
Experience: 2 to 7 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end program delivery for manufacturing clients.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution inside manufacturing plants.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase.
- Drive project success by aligning deliverables with client expectations and operational realities.
Compensation: Competitive and open for discussion, ranging between 10 to 20 LPA.
