Avanti Fellows is looking for a dynamic leader to drive academic excellence and operational impact across 3-4 schools in India. If you are passionate about bridging the gender gap in STEM and empowering students from underserved communities, this role is for you! 💡
What You’ll Do:
📍 Oversee curriculum delivery & teacher development
📊 Drive student outcomes through data-driven interventions
🤝 Build trust with principals, parents, and students
📝 Manage field operations, documentation, and team performance
🚗 Travel 10-15 days/month to rural schools (travel & accommodation covered)
We’re Looking For:
✔ B.E./B.Tech or M.Sc. (Physics, Chemistry, or Math)
✔ 3–6 years in Education Ops, Test Prep, or Academic Coordination
✔ Strong data, communication & documentation skills
✔ Willingness to work on-ground in rural India
✔ Empathy, mentorship mindset & stakeholder management skills
