About Atlys
Our mission is to enable every person on Earth to travel freely.
Travel should feel exciting. Instead, too much of it is still defined by paperwork, uncertainty, and processes that were never designed for travellers.
Atlys is changing that.
We’re building an AI-first platform that removes friction and uncertainty from travel. To date, we’ve processed visas for
1M+ travellers across 127 countries. But we’re still early.
The Role
As a
Program Manager, you’ll own the end-to-end fulfilment of UAE visa applications, ensuring applications are processed smoothly, accurately, and within expected timelines. You’ll work closely with Customer Experience, Product, and Engineering teams to solve operational challenges, improve workflows, and drive better outcomes across the UAE visa journey.
This is a 6-day, in-office role requiring strong ownership, hands-on execution, and the ability to work across functions to solve problems and improve processes.
The Job
- Operational Excellence: Own key operational workflows, SOPs, and processes across the UAE business, ensuring high standards of speed, accuracy, and reliability.
- Performance & Process Improvement: Monitor operational metrics, identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, run experiments, and implement process improvements that drive measurable impact.
- Cross-Functional Execution: Work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Experience, Fulfilment, and external partners to solve operational challenges and drive projects from problem identification to implementation.
- Data & Problem Solving: Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and reporting mechanisms to monitor performance, identify root causes, and make data-driven decisions.
- Scaling & New Initiatives: Support the launch and scaling of new geographies, products, visa categories, and operational programs while onboarding and enabling internal teams and external partners.
The Ideal Candidate
You’ll Likely Thrive In This Role If You
- Experience: Have 3–5 years of experience in program management, operations, consulting, business operations, or another execution-focused role. Experience in a startup, logistics, travel, or high-growth environment is a strong plus.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Are highly analytical and comfortable working with data to identify problems, understand root causes, and make decisions. Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is expected; familiarity with SQL, Notion, or BI tools is a plus.
- Ownership & Execution: Take end-to-end ownership of problems, are comfortable operating independently, and have a strong bias towards action. You enjoy getting into the details and making things happen on the ground.
- Communication & Collaboration: Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across Product, Engineering, Operations, Customer Experience, and external partners.
- Adaptability & Pace: Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, are comfortable managing multiple priorities, and can quickly adapt as business needs evolve. Willingness to work 6 days a week from the office is required.
We hire exceptional people for their craft, not travel enthusiasts. We solve hard problems that happen to touch global travel and government infrastructure.
What You Can Expect
Atlys is built by a small team with outsized ambition, high ownership, and an obsession with doing great work.
Here’s What You Can Expect
- Competitive compensation and equity so you participate in the value you help create.
- Comprehensive health insurance covering you and your family, plus annual preventive health check-up on us.
- A thoughtful leave policy with paid time off and company holidays, because great work also requires real time off.
- Lunch, high tea and dinner at the office, so the basics are taken care of while we build together.
- Learning & development credits to invest in courses, books, conferences and tools that help you get better at your craft.
- Relocation support to make moving closer to the team as seamless as possible.
- Great tools to do your best work, including high-spec equipment and software.
- An office designed for more than just work, with pickleball, table tennis, PlayStation, an arcade game room, an F1 simulator and even a full flight simulator.
Our values shape how we make decisions, work together and build for travelers. The bar is high, the pace is fast, and the way we work is deliberate. Read them before you apply. If this environment energizes you, you’ll probably thrive here. If it doesn’t, it’s better to know that upfront.
