We are seeking a founding-level Engineering Leader to join a fast-growing startup based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This role offers the opportunity to own the technical roadmap, lead and grow a high-performance engineering team, and work hands-on to build a scalable, multi-agent SaaS platform.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture and development of a multi-agent SaaS platform from initial design to feature delivery.
- Own the technical roadmap and drive strategic engineering decisions.
- Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-moving startup environment.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of engineering experience with a strong background in SaaS product development, preferably with experience in 0→1 or 1→10 stage startups.
- Excellent system design skills.
- Comfortable leading teams and making technical decisions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Node.js, React, NoSQL databases, and cloud infrastructure.
- Willingness to work onsite in Bengaluru (HSR Layout) at least 2 days per week.
