We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Team Lead with 7–8 years of hands-on experience in designing and developing enterprise applications using Node.js, Microsoft Azure, and Microservices Architecture. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical leadership capabilities while remaining actively involved in architecture, design, coding, code reviews, and mentoring the development team.
The role requires close collaboration with Solution Architects, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, cloud-native solutions for the Galaxy Platform.

- Azure OpenAI / Anthropic API integration
- Databricks integration
- Azure AI Search
- Redis caching
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep)
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot)

Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7–8 years of hands-on software development experience.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience leading development teams or serving as a technical lead.
- Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale, cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure.
