We are seeking a Head of Design to lead the creation of innovative and high-quality solutions focused on how people collaborate and communicate during live technical interviews. This role involves identifying key problems to solve and partnering closely with product managers and engineers to deliver exceptional interaction and visual design.
As a leader in design, you will shape next-generation interviewing experiences that integrate human expertise with AI technologies, enabling developers to showcase their skills in an AI-first world. You will work alongside AI agents daily to build and refine these designs.
