We are seeking an experienced Design Lead to shape how people collaborate and communicate during live technical interviews. In this role, you will identify key problems worth solving and design innovative, high-quality solutions that resonate with users. You will work closely with product managers and engineers through both interaction and visual design.
This position focuses on designing next-generation interviewing experiences where developers can showcase their skills in an AI-first world. You will have the opportunity to build these designs while collaborating alongside AI agents daily.
