Architect / Design Lead — Fahrenheit Architectural Surfaces (CCS Group) · Kolkata
Fahrenheit is CCS Group's new architectural-surfaces brand — perforated panels, mesh, sun louvers and made-to-design facades, engineered to fit perfectly and won at the architect's drawing board, not at tender. We're looking for the designer who will own that craft from day one.
This isn't a standard architecture-firm role. You won't be designing buildings — you'll be designing the surfaces that wrap them, and carrying each design from an architect's intent all the way to something our plant can make and our team can install without rework. If you're drawn to facades, patterns and turning a bold idea into a buildable, precise product, this is a rare ground-floor seat.
What matters to us is what you've built, not the letters after your name. B.Arch or a diploma — both welcome. What we're really looking for:
- Facade / architectural-surface experience — perforated, mesh, louvers, cladding, made-to-design.
- An innovation instinct — you've pushed a design into something new, not just repeated a catalogue.
- Design fluency — Rhino/Grasshopper, Revit, AutoCAD; parametric / made-to-design a strong plus.
- Range — comfortable sitting with an architect and talking to a shop floor.
You'll build the design function alongside our innovation and manufacturing teams, and grow into the division's design head as it scales.
