Role Overview:
- Position: Business Unit Head (P&L)
- Experience Required: 5–9 years, with prior experience as a founder or co-founder
- Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
- Compensation: ₹45–60 LPA including performance bonus and equity options
- Focus Areas: Growth, Sales, Revenue, Profitability, Go-To-Market Strategy, Enterprise Sales, Customer Success
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will take complete ownership of a business unit’s performance. You will be responsible for driving growth and scaling the business by managing end-to-end P&L, leading enterprise sales efforts, ensuring customer success, and working closely with senior leadership to execute strategic initiatives.
This role offers the opportunity to lead a business unit with full accountability much earlier in your career than typical leadership positions.
