Role Overview:
- Position: Business Unit Owner (P&L)
- Experience Required: 5–9 years (Ex-Founder mandatory)
- Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
- Compensation: ₹45–60 LPA including Performance Bonus and ESOPs
- Focus Areas: Growth, Sales
This is a hands-on operating role where you will take complete ownership of a business unit’s revenue, profitability, go-to-market strategy, enterprise sales, and customer success. You will work directly with senior leadership to scale the business and drive growth from the front.
This role offers an opportunity to own end-to-end P&L responsibilities much earlier in your career than usual, requiring a strong entrepreneurial mindset and operational expertise.
