As a Management Trainee – Founder's Office, you'll work closely with the Founder on everything from operations to marketing, partnerships, and community building. No two days will be the same!
What You'll Do- 🤝 Coordinate with coaches, mentors, and industry experts.
- 📅 Assist the Founder in day-to-day business execution and operations.
- 📞 Connect with program participants and ensure an exceptional learner experience.
- 📱 Support LinkedIn marketing, content publishing, and community engagement.
- 📊 Help manage projects, research, reports, and strategic initiatives.
- 💡 Take ownership of special projects that help grow OutSmart.
Who We're Looking For- Recent graduate/Master's degree/MBAs (any discipline).
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Self-starter with a "figure it out" mindset.
- Comfortable using AI tools, Google Workspace, LinkedIn, and productivity apps.
- Curious, proactive, and excited by startups.
