WE’RE HIRING | WEDDING PRODUCTION & OPERATIONS HEAD
Konark Weddings | Jaipur
We’re looking for an experienced and highly organised
Wedding Production & Operations Head to lead the execution of our large-scale wedding projects.
If you have strong leadership skills, excellent vendor management abilities, and the experience to take a wedding from
pre-production to final execution, we’d love to hear from you.
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
• Lead end-to-end wedding production — from pre-production and planning to execution and dismantling
• Plan timelines, checklists, manpower, logistics, BOQs, production sheets and site readiness
• Coordinate and manage decorators, florists, fabricators, lighting, furniture, AV and other vendors
• Translate creative concepts and designs into accurate on-site execution
• Supervise fabrication, installation, event-day operations, quality control and finishing
• Lead production teams and vendors across multiple events
• Conduct site inspections and ensure all requirements are ready before the event
• Troubleshoot on-ground challenges and take quick, practical decisions
• Ensure timelines, quality standards and execution are maintained throughout
• Coordinate closely with design, planning and management teams
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely, high-quality delivery
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• 5+ years of experience in
wedding production, event production, hospitality or large-scale events
• Strong knowledge of wedding decor production and execution
• Excellent leadership, communication and vendor-management skills
• Strong understanding of fabrication, structures, lighting, florals, furniture and event logistics
• Ability to read and understand drawings, layouts and production plans
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage large teams and multiple vendors under pressure
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and hands-on
• Willingness to travel to event sites as required
